I just noticed my left rear lift point is cracked after owning my model Y for 3 months. It has only been serviced by Tesla service department, no one else has lifted the vehicle. Tesla decline repairing it, claiming it's damaged by someone else.
Any advice.

I noticed the same thing with my left front lift point and Tesla is claiming I must va e hit something. Really horrible service center advisor rep at Lawrenceville NJ

What was the outcome in your case? Did they cover the repair or fix it at cost? Please let me know as I think this is an emerging bigger issue that Tesla is just trying to shift blame. My SC is claiming that I will have to replace the whole battery to get this lift point fixed .
