Lifted Model Y Owners: Report!

Any owners pull the trigger on keeping the 19" gemini wheels and putting a/t on there?

I know one Forum member is running 235s, but I'd like to go 255/ 50/19 if possible. Then maaaybe lift. Thoughts?

Why get Gemini when you can get the Model 3 18" Aero ones that are lighter weight and accommodate even bigger tires.

Is there any reason not to use Continental ExtremeContact™ DWS06 Plus 255/55R18 on Method 502 Rally Matte Black Wheels 18x8 ET+38mm on a Model Y Performance?
If literally zero dirt or off roads, isn't Falken WILDPEAK A/T TRAIL somewhat of an overkill with the tradeoff of providing less range than the above all season continental?

As someone who used to bro-slam / bro-lower my cars, I now appreciate and find lifted cars (including Model Y) very appealing. Especially now that I'm older. It's how cars should be. It's proper and lovely. Nice lifted Ys, guys. Keep em coming.

Maybe I am biased but one allows you to easily enter/exit the vehicle and drive over more adverse conditions while the other requires you to drive diagonally at 1mph over speed bumps, that said I can see the aerodynamic advantages..

They're basically identical. For me, I'd go with MPP because Sasha is awesome and MPP is such a gem for the Tesla community. Nothing against TSS, but as a former hardcore tuner/enthusiast type, I appreciate MPP's DNA.

Any advantages/disadvantages going with the TSportline lift vs MPP? Also, is the TSportline one really 1.8" or is it 1.75", and they rounded up?

The TSportline kit was provided by the customer - finished height will likely be similar between the kits.

We stock and install the Mountain Pass Performance kits, the Electric Blue anodizing is a nice touch on EVs and most importantly - product support is second to none. The MPP Skid Plate is probably next on the list:
