Light red stain on white interior

I noticed this stain on both sides of the 3rd row. No idea what it could be since no one sits there ? I tried using alcohol to remove it but couldn’t. Any suggestions ?

Mr. Clean magic eraser. Worked for me for every stain on my white M3 seats.

I'd recommend Meguiar's D101 all-purpose cleaner diluted at about a 10:1 ratio. Spray on lightly, agitate, wipe off with a microfiber. It's cheap and it works. I use it for car stuff and other things around the house. It's also safe on leather. For a deeper clean, agitate with a brush before wiping off to lift off embedded dirt.

Folex would also work very well, with the same technique, but will cost more.

I've had great luck with Dawn detergent to remove stains on my white seats. I use it at full strength on a clean rag and wipe the seat, and then use a second clean damp rag to wipe the seat off. Works wonders.
