Lightning port extender: Has anybody tried one of these?

Has anybody tried these lightning port extenders in the Model 3? It appears they may make it easier to connect iPhones in cases to the Tesla provided charge cable.

They weren’t very stable so I ended up using a standard Apple cable which isn’t hidden at all.

Try this instead. Seems promising to let you use your phone in its case.

I just ordered that as well, I tried the micro usb to lightning adapter but was too tall and couldn’t get a phone on it
