I know this is going to sound crazy but I'm up to 25 Teslas in my fleet so far. I want to get it into the hundreds if not thousands though...yes, it may be just a little crazy. But, I've been enjoying the ride so far, so it's all good.
Sounds like a great fleet to have when the tesla network comes online...

The '17 Black X 90D has 2,920 miles on it and the starting price for the lease or purchase would be $94,500. Tesla's lease terms are $5k down and $1,319 a month through 11/1/2020. So correct me if I am wrong, but the free Supercharging provided by the referral is only good for the original purchaser. Those buying a car from you would not get the free Supercharging -- that is not transferable to the second owner. I can see the rentals having the free supercharging since you still own them, but a straight purchase from you of a vehicle that has free Supercharging as a result of the referral would not.

What are the mileage limitations for these cars? Also, how would you handle mileage overage? I drive significant amount of miles per year
You can get either a 12k or the 15k miles per year lease similar to Tesla. The overage miles are 25 cents each. If you end up exercising the buyout option, then you don't have to pay for the overage miles and you get a $7,500 price reduction to account for the federal tax credit.
