Limiting charging after charge port replaced--but only at home

On Friday, I brought my Tesla in to be serviced because the charge port door wasn't opening. They replaced the door and also the charge port pin deadfronts. (I don't know what these are, but it's what the invoice says.) When I brought it home and plugged it into my Tesla home charger, I got a blinking yellow light and a reduced charging rate. (I could hear latches trying to connect inside the charge port.) I brought it back today and they said it was fine and confirmed it for me at a Supercharger. Unfortunately, it's still not working at home. This seems really strange to me, and I'm hoping that this group might have some ideas. (I suppose it's possible that my home charger just happened to break at the exact same time that I got service to the charge port, but that seems pretty unlikely.)

Thanks for any advice you might have!
