That's actually a selling point. One of the most ridiculous parts of the Tesla design is that they brag you need less space with the falcon wing doors than with a traditional door, but the driver's door is still traditional meaning that you still need all the space.
So you can't park in narrow spots due to the front doors, and you can't park in low spots or have a roof rack due to the rear doors, it's the worst of both worlds.
Of course as others have pointed out, the Lincoln ones don't seem to hinge in the middle like the Falcon Wing Doors, so they won't work in a narrow spot, and there's about a 0% chance they'll make it to production anyway.
