List of highway locations that AP can't handle

Saw this video the other day and got me thinking.

There's a section on 101 near Burlingame that I never felt comfortable using AP too.

Maybe we should compile a list of locations (divided highway, clearly marked and not exit lane) that AP doesn't work so that Tesla can look into them more specifically?
