LIVE Telescope view of Jupiter, Venus, Mars, & Saturn

Not exactly a SpaceX topic, but I think this could be of some space ralted interest. I don't know which telescope is used.

Several questions come to my mind.. where is this telescope located. I clicked on that youtube link now and it shows me the exact picture you have there, but the planets can only seen in predawn. If so where is this located? somewhere in Asia? What is with the EST timezone shown there with a countdown clock ticking and only 21 minutes to go. Right now it is sunset in EST and there is no way you can see from anywhere in America at this time..

So I thought I will go to the twitter account given there (https://twitter.com/steviepax) and that happens to be a suspended account :-(

I agree, this video didn't provided any real informstion.
