Load Index on staggered wheels

I am looking at aftermarket wheels, and before I commit I want to see what options I have for tires. I am seeing front tires with a load index of 95 and the rears with a load index of 97. For comparison sake squared 21s are a 96 load index. Both combinations equal 6,260 total weight.

My questions is, does it actually work this way or is the 95 load index too low even when combined with a 97 rear?
