Logged out of slacker?

Anyone else get kicked out of streaming? Mine was just spinning so I did a soft reset and now it wants me to log into slacker. I don’t have an account but it gives you an option to use your Tesla account. However when I try to log in it says captcha required and to contact service. Hoping to not have to be on hold to get this fixed.

Anyone else dealing with this?

Yep, also logged out. On hold now with support. It just said 50 minute wait time... Not really sure what else to do though.

How long did you end up holding and what did they have to do? Mine said 40 minute wait time and I didn’t have time to wait that long.

I have a personal Slacker account, which is what got signed out. Attempting to log in with the Tesla account before I left the parking lot didn't work (I also got the captcha message), but once I got home and logged in with my personal Slacker account it worked fine.

I got signed out today as well and got a captcha message. Model S on 36.2

Nice. Mine seemed to start working again by itself. I was on hold forever and gave up after 50 minutes. It worked when I tested it right after.

Last night, at a Supercharger, my Slacker got logged out last and gave the same captcha response. However, after I finished charging I let the car turn off/lock and when I got back in Slacker worked.

It continues to work today.
