I remember someone showing some extract log information, and also some of the videos,

but the most common is to use Scan My Tesla (OBDII) Install (see thread #35)

Alternatively, you can use a third party service like TeslaFi or TeslaScope, or even install you own domestic server to query your car and get the datas.
