Long-Term Storage: 50% is ideal?

My car will be in my garage for almost 2 months without being driven. Should I set the charge limit to 50% and just leave it plugged in? Is there a more ideal percentage than 50%?

Yes, 50% and being plugged in is the best for long(er) term storage.

Just make sure the breaker doesn't trip or your EVSE stops working, but that's all.

I’ll be going with 30% especially since my garage gets to 104F.

Manufacturers typically use 30-40% for long term storage. While lower is generally better, there gets to be a risk where the battery might self-discharge to a dangerous level over time and 30-40% was considered the best trade-off between safety and longevity.

The lowest the slider goes is 50%. That’s what Tesla recommends for long term storage— 50% and plugged in.
