Texas folks...trip to Longhorn Cavern and camping trip at Inks State Park. I’m coming from Houston.
Sept 14. Arrive Inks State Park. Inks Lake State Park — Texas Parks & Wildlife Department
As of July 29 only five campsites left. I’ve reserved one with electricity.
Sept 15. Wild cave tour at 9:30. Only 12 participants allowed. Wild Cave Tour - Longhorn Cavern State Park
In afternoon, Cavern hike. Cavern Walking Tour - Longhorn Cavern State Park
S’mores, etc at campsite
Sept 16. Maybe something in morning before drive back. I’ll be charging in Austin, and a little charging at campsite.
Multiple tents can be at campsite, $23/night.
