That 409km range is based on NEDC testing standards. We all joke it stands for “not even damn close”Thanks for the replies. Disappointing that the range on the site and reality is so far out of whack.
I find it’s 99% accurate in normal driving conditions. And about 90% when pissing down with rainHow accurate is the ABRP site?
Problem is you will need to completely fill and almost completely discharge your battery every day. Neither of those events will help your battery longevityHi all,
Looking at picking up a second hand X 75 and have a quick question - I'm a daily commuter from Newcastle to Sydney (around 295km round trip) daily; is the 417km "range" going to work for me?
Thanks in advance!
Not a lot of degradation on mine after almost 40,000kms. But I don't DC fast charge very often and I always charge to 80% at home every night.

What did you use to extract that data from the car?
Thanks!That's Teslafi. (teslafi.com).
It's about $50/year but you can test it out with a two week trial. Or double the trial length with a code (my username here works as one).
The Model S 75D can do it pretty easily. Mine gets about 360km real range, 4 years old and 125,000km.Thanks all for the replies - looks like it's on hold for the minute, the vehicle I was looking at was gone when I went to order it this morning .
My late 2017 X75D (22inch) metrics line up with yours. 284km current range at 90%. 320w/km is common.Anyone got a similar experience?
