Have you tried calling the Vallejo service center? On a recent tour they said they can do some body work, including replacing bumpers.

Any body shop near you can order Tesla parts, paint them and put them on. They don't even have to be "Tesla approved," though most are.
Years ago when my car was messed up while parked, the local shop was there with a flatbed in minutes (before I even knew the car had been hit) and already had the rental car ready. They had hired a Tesla trained repair man only the week before, and the car was restored to "like new" in a week, mostly waiting on parts from Fremont.
Yes, Vallejo can do the job. All I'm saying is that ANY body shop can do the job. And probably at better pricing. When my car was messed up, the closest Tesla shop was over a hundred miles away.
