Looking for MODEL X lease/lease takeover

My wife and I are looking for a new lease or a lease takeover on a Model X (75, 100, P100D with any configuration). We've been looking for Demo/showroom models but no luck. Hoping to find a good deal, if anybody has any info, please help.
