For a shop in OC, I recommend Dipendable Guys in Newport Beach. Owner is Arsan. They know Tesla’s as well as anyone and did a great job on mine. They did my tint and will be doing my calipers soon too. So much more convenient to have a one stop shop.

You're going to find a huge range of varying answers. Different states, different installers, different materials, different experience levels, different customer service/support, and different situations are all going to play a huge part. Just in Texas, I hear people charging around $300ish to $2000ish for a chrome blackout.
