Loot box gone from app

Anyone else noticing that the loot box is no longer visible from the app?

What the heck? It was there yesterday, gone today. I'm taking delivery tomorrow, so maybe that has something to do with it? Anybody else missing their loot box on the app?

I notice sometimes it disappears and then comes back a few hours or a day later.

I’ve got in on the latest app and iPhone 12 Pro. Either way I see things go away and come back with somewhat regular frequency.

Yes, mine has been gone for a while now. We had to contact them to be able to use our free charging but the loot box is still missing on the app.
