Hurray, my 4 Powerwall + 43 panel Tesla solar system was commissioned last week. The whole project took nearly 2 years, primarily due to pushback from City of LA and DWP.
After being told they would install a Time of Use (TOU) meter so that I could optimize solar panel use, and waiting a month for the meter to arrive, they installed non-TOU meters and are claiming that's what they do for solar installations.
If you have a solar system in LA and a TOU meter, can you please let me know? Thanks.
