On a trip from Boston area to Vertmont yesterday in my S, a lost all sensors. No traffic, road lines, even the rain sensor. Re booted both computers, stopped briefly. No improvement. So, I had to drive manually towards Vt. Not even cruise control!! Stopped after a couple of hundred for electrons, coffee. When I came back everything was working!!! Nav on Autopilot all the way to my destination -- everything was great. So, some kind of software bug I'm guessing. At first I figured some chip had blown, but if fixed itself. Any else seen this??

Yeah, this happens on occasion with the AP2(.5) system. Seems the autopilot computer crashes and takes a while to reset. I had this happen a few times back in June but later updates have improved it and haven't seen it happen in the past 3 months or so.

Um, no, there was a widespread AP outage Tuesday. See the thread in the main S forum. Some power offs for a few mins fixed it. Or leaving car for a few hours (worked for mine).
