Loss of power

I have a Model S (2017) which has 84K miles. I have 10% battery loss and where previously I would get 220 miles (90% charge) at the same setting today I get only 200 miles. However, what I have noticed that during the weekend when I dont charge (last charge is on Friday), come Sunday, I notice that I have lost about 60-70 miles with my car just sitting there. I dont have stealth mode turned on (since its at home) and so dont understand why so much loss of power.
