Loss of volume control

I was playing music from the Spotify app when the volume suddenly ramped up to max for no reason. I scrolled down the volume on the left scroll button, but the volume ramped back up again. This went back and forth a few times, before I stopped the car and reset the entire system. I had the car for 1.5 year, and this was the first time this happened. I've heard of bluetooth issues, but this wasn't it because I wasn't playing the music through my phone. Has anyone encounter this problem?

I've not seen that and that sounds bad.

btw, is there a way to set the max volume, on the system? I've not seen any such control. ie, a 'do not exceed this sound pressure level' slider, and then the vol slider stays at that level or below, but never above.

did tesla ever have that?

'sounds' like that is what is needed.

This happened to me today! I couldn't turn up or down the volume, only could mute. Car went to sleep and eventually fixed itself.
