Lost LTE Connectivity

Hi All, have a new Model 3 Performance (month old), and this morning have discovered it has no LTE connectivity. Previously (inc yesterday), pretty much everywhere I drive local it’s fine, and this is the first time I’ve seen this.
I’ve just driven the car to the shops and still no cellular connectivity.
My next step - when I get home - is to try a soft reset.

Has anybody experienced similar / can advise please?

Same issue here for me. Had been working fine yesterday but not today. I've tried rebooting the screen and still having issues.

Worth checking the service status on O2 for your general area in case it's a network issue rather than a Tesla issue.

Not an O2 network problem. I have just checked on their website. That is if Tesla uses O2. I am not sure it does.

Thanks guys, I’ll keep an eye on it and report back. Probs not worth trying a reboot as others having same problem.

For now I’ve connected to my phone’s personal hotspot

My phone is on O2 and working normally. The car is offline though and has been all morning.

FYI- You can do this while driving with no problem whatsoever. You'll lose the screen (speed) for a few seconds, and sound, but all driving functions of the car continue as normal (i.e., turn signals).

Same for me today. No connectivity, even voice controls don't work. Has this anything to do with having to pay £10 per month for ongoing connectivity?

Same issue here Tesla M3P near Tunbridge Wells. This must be a Tesla issue possibly related to a network outage. Tried hard reset but made no difference.

Seems like it's more global than just the UK, same issue in France this morning.

Have tried reboot but no good. Still the same.
Agree it is a Tesla/Network issue.
Irritating though as can't use navigation or most importantly voice commands

Same for me, it also affects route planning and finding Superchargers.

Thanks guys, I’m sure it’ll get resolved reasonably quickly. For now I just tether off my iPhone personal hotspot, it’s great! Just have to turn on WiFi each time I start the car!
