My install happened in Oct 2021 and I'm still waiting for PTO. Last week, I suddenly lost access to the Tesla app energy flow. When I called support, they fixed my energy flow app access and they said my account was probably somehow mixed up with another person's account who had their install done on the same day / nearby date. The rep said I'd get my data back in 24-48 hours after the call but that never happened. I suspect I've probably lost all my historical data permanently but wondering if anyone had this happen to them and able to get it fixed by Tesla?
