Lost my UK content on LTE

Checked mine today and it looks like my e-sim has automatically been switched from NL to UK. YouTube now shows GB. Didn't do anything apart from drop it off at a service centre today to fix a panel alignment. Perhaps merely a coincidence.

reason I ask, is I had the connectivity board replaced last week to resolve an inability to wake the car from the app, and now I am back to Dutch Netflix??

They'll do nothing other than plead ignorance and tell you that's just the way it is and there's nothing you can do about it.

Give it a few weeks, it'll probably sort itself out.
