Lost Supercharging on car bought from 3rd party dealer

I never got into the legalities of what Tesla can or cannot do, I only stated that I couldn't recall reading about FUSC being removed from an earlier car.
Reported here on a number of occasions, including this thread of course (since all P85+ has FUSC for life). Also, check out any used Tesla's for sale by Tesla, like this one, note no FUSC even though it's an 85D which would have had FUSC when new.

My 2013 85 lost FUSC as well, but gained an additional few years of the basic limited warranty, now valid until 2024. Even states "Pay Per Use Supercharging" on my vehicle page. Honestly a trade I'd take any day for an S this old with only 30k-ish miles when I got it. It went through Tesla (I assume) after the first owner, as the previous owner sold it for auction, which is where the dealership got it from.
