Loud electric whiny noise

Update: I took it in and the technician confirmed one of the headlights was louder than it should be. He said it was the fan inside the headlights that's making the noise.

They replaced the headlight and now the noise is better. It's still kind of loud compared to how quiet the rest of the car is, but it doesn't bug me anymore.

I'm having a slightly different issue. My 2015 Model S makes a whirring almost grinding noise when accelerating only. (I've had the loud A/C in the past but it seems to have corrected itself.) Sounds escalates with increase acceleration, decreases when de-celerating.
This whirring is whirry-ing me in that it doesn't seem like a healthy whirr.
