Just have my model S for a week. Was loading groceries in a parking lot when the car blared loud music like an alarm. I didn’t know what caused it or how to stop it. I pressed a bunch of buttons until it stopped but I don’t know what I did to stop it. What was this loud music? What turned it on? And how do I turn it off?

That's the alarm. It can happen if the car doesn't detect the key fob being near it, which can happen when either the fob battery is low, or the signal from the key fob is blocked. You can shut it off in the settings menus, but it can't be turned off when Sentry Mode is active.

Yes - that's the alarm. Just for reference, the music it plays (at least in my car) is Toccata and Fugue in D minor by Bach and it scared the begeezus out of my kids the first time they tried to exit the locked car in a parking lot
