Loud Switching sound from underneath model 3

Hello,

Im hearing this loud switching sound from underneath the car on my tesla model 3. Even passengers in the car can hear this sound. I hear this sound randomly, more noticeable while stopped at red light or had it parked. This sound can be heard more often on a hot day.

Any Idea why this happens?

Vent shutters flipping? Though I wouldn't think they would do it so frequently that you notice.

Can't say I've heard of this before.
