Loud Thunk after vehicle's been sitting a while

My M3P makes a loud "thunk" noise when i start to back out of the garage. Only seems to happen after the cars been sitting for a day or so. Is that normal ? Thanks in advance.

If you last drove through rain or snow then moisture on the brakes will cause them to rust slightly. The thunk is the brakes breaking the rust.

This isn't unique to Tesla, BTW. It's happened with every car I've owned for the past 30 years.
