Checked today and they are in fact Tesla Wall Connectors. Still not sure what three new electrical switchgear cabinets are for, also added new underground feeder and power meter. The transformer is 750 KVA and the conduit on the ground goes to a portable generator.

They generally have a few superchargers at service centers, but they are for service use only to charge up customers vehicles quickly if needed and are not visible to the public.

Agreed! No doubt. That’s what all of us in Louisville are doing. Louisville-Cincy. This has been a long time coming.

Ok, take this with a grain of salt but I drove by the site earlier tonight & was told that the site would be opening this Tuesday July 5th.
I asked again & was told yes, this Tuesday. It looked to me like it wasn't quite ready yet but I'd love to be wrong about this. Sorry but I wasn't able to get any photos. Fingers crossed!

Kentucky does not allow direct car manufacturer to customer sales and deliveries. I am pretty sure this will be service only. The Mobile Service has been located in "Louisville" for years (a parts warehouse, etc.):
