I saw this article a couple weeks ago.
I am not sure if this is the correct place to report new service centers.
I drove by today and nothing yet to confirm that this is for Tesla.
But there are postings in linkedin for a Loveland service manager.

While not a terrible location if accurate, I think the old Ford dealership on 34 would have been a much better location. It's not only much a much bigger lot, but it's much more visable on the main east-west thoroughfare through town and may catch tourists headed up to Estes.

I actually saw this go out for bid back in late Nov / early Dec, but at the time the address was unclear and I actually forgot about it. So glad this is coming to NoCo area! We have a Model S and a Model 3 and the convenience will be so nice. Who remembers taking delivery on Evans in Denver?

The new service location will be convenient for those of us in Loveland and close surroundings, but I’m hoping I won’t actually have a need to visit there.... So far, so good for our M3.

We took delivery of our X in March 2016 (vin 274) at the Evans service center. We have a new X on order; perhaps we can take delivery in Loveland.

Does anyone know who the GC is building the service station? And, if there will be opportunities for contracting to do the install of the EV charging stations?

According to a Superior service advisor the Loveland service center is in soft opening mode. There are about 10 destination type chargers in the parking lot.

According to a Superior service advisor the Loveland service center is in soft opening mode. There are about 10 destination type chargers in the parking lot.

It officially opens on Monday, 8/2. There are two un-designated Superchargers in the back, 5 connectors in the parking lot along the south face of the building and then another 6 connectors on the row of parking spaces that lines 287 on the West-most end of the parking lot.
