Lower seat brackets?

Apr 22, 2019

Hello, being a taller person at 6'1 and longer in torso. Is there any way to modify the stock seat brackets to go lower? My head is so high and being about a half inch to an inch lower would make a huge improvement on visibility for me.

Thanks for any help

car is a 13 s 85

and yes I have seat as low as it will go o_O

Finally found another person with my problem. Seems crazy how the low visibility doesn’t bother anyone. I’ve considered taking the visor off entirely to gain a little visibility. When I sit up straight it’s like looking out of a bunker. Only thing that seriously bothers me about the car.

the '12 seats sat lower. not sure what the change was? I had my passenger seat replaced and it sits a bit higher, annoyingly so if I ever sit there.
I think there a cross piece in the seat bottom cushion you can remove to make the seat sit a tad lower. that was the case in the original seats
