It might be better to learn how the suspension works and set up before you modify the setup.

What is the tire pressure on the tires in the back?

Your alignment sucks. Aim for 0* toe up front, +.1* toe per side in rear (total +.2 rear). Rear camber should be about half a degree less than the front. This should give you a pretty good setup for street driving.

And if you don't have them yet, get rear camber arms.
