Lowering on air (alignment question)...

I know this is a MS forum, but unless I'm mistaken, the MS & MX share the same suspension components??? That said, I've been on the fence about getting lowering links installed on my MX 2016 P90D, but my major concern (other than potential air suspension issues) is having enough latitude in the wheel alignment range to be able to accommodate a lowered stance. If anyone has lowered their MS and/or has first-hand knowledge of the alignment range capabilities, I'd be most appreciative.

does air suspension ride height affect alignment on these cars? I was under the impression it didn't.
