Lowering Suspension Questions

I'm receiving delivery of my 2021 M3P (lease) next week. The only exterior mod I'd like to do is Eibach lowering springs (Part # E10-87-001-05-22). If I ever have to take the car in for service for Tesla would this pose an issue with their lifts if they need to look under the car?

I am having an issue with Tesla not willing to align my vehicle and state if its lowered at all as it will not fit on their lifts. Therefore, they basically will not perform brake maintenance

In my head right now I thought..."how about oil changes, means I'll need to go else where". Then I thought I'm such a EV noob.
