LR+ Delivery Range

For all of you that are now taking delivery of your new LR+ MXs, please post the 100% range you see in your display and app.

I ordered a LR on 2/5 that was converted to LR+ before delivery 261XXX VIN and I'm only seeing 294 max in my display and app. Others are saying they see 355. My software version is 2020.4.11 a0db81b6c215.

Would like to know if others out there are in the same boat as me, or if I have a one-off issue with my particular Model X.

Lastly, is there any setting that could cause the mileage range to display differently? I toggled Range Mode and %/Distance with no luck.

Yes. All my paperwork says Long Range Plus. The instrument display reads Long Range Plus. The VIN is recent. The battery label is "F". Everything points to LR+, but I don't see the full range.

294 sounds like the pre-raven (100D) range. Even Raven should have shown ~328 miles when it's new. Something definitely seems wrong. I've got a 261XXX VIN car being delivered Monday. Not sure if it gets delivered fully charged or not but I'll be looking.

What's the rated efficiency line say on your graph?

Looks like it’s a bit over 300.

Yes, multiple times. Wondering if a SC can retry the latest software update -- perhaps something didn't take properly.

That's a really good idea. I'm sure they could push the software again. It's so easy to ask for that via the mobile app. The Service Center folks must have seen this problem before.

Thanks. It's looking like I'm an isolated case, which is becoming increasingly frustrating. I've been told Tesla is looking into my issue, for whatever that's worth. Keep people posted on progress.

Tesla says my MX needs a firmware update to correct the range display. Waiting for it to get pushed, then will confirm if that takes care of my problem.

I have an LR with only 323 range, after Software update yesterday - mine is also a 2/20 build, VIN 2498xx

My LR (Purchased 1/20, delivered 3/3, LR, 2/20 Build Date, VIN 249xxx) updated today (3/7/20) to software version 2020.8.1 and now shows 351 Mile Range. (Note that it did not show this extended range after it updated to version 2020.4.11 2 days ago).

EDIT: You got me curious, so I went out and checked mine again. The "Tesla Information" section on the main MCU screen shows the model as a Long Range Plus, but the instrument cluster still reads "Long Range". Interesting.
