I've been watching this thread for a while, and am mostly happy to have finally received my LR RWD; however like some in there I did not get Homelink.

Did anyone else order on 5/31 and not recieve Homelink? My car does not have it, even though I ordered in the morning before the announcement was made.

My delivery team states that all orders after 5/30 will not receive it without paying the $300, and are standing firm on that. Has anyone else had any luck with getting it added back to their order?
 
Ordered 5/23. Blue with white and black interior. 18" Aero wheels.

I got the free upgrade to 19" wheels.

Took delivery last Friday (6/21).

It took them an hour to make my car available for me to see (which put us near closing time.) The "Delivery Specialist" was buried working on multiple customers, and the person demonstrating the car was useless. (New employee with a week of experience.) It was the hottest day of the year, and the delivery was in the sun on asphalt. (So I wasn't strongly motivated to crawl around on the ground looking at the underbody, etc.)

There's a scratch or something (adhesive) on the windshield and a chip on the passenger door that they weren't able to address and were added to the due bill. I'm not sure about body panel alignment, but it's not terrible.

I had emailed about Homelink, but forgot to address it. (Should have had a list for myself.)

I noticed another chip on the driver side the next day (possibly paint flaked off), and an edge of the back window having a small chip / crappy finish. And some dirt/water stain on the rear passenger headliner. I'll see if they can address these and the homelink at my service.

Overall, not entirely happy, but not unhappy either.

(Biggest gripe is the terrible phone integration when using Bluetooth. Guess I'll juggle "Hey Siri" when it is selected.)

I'm just trying to come to peace with the fact i will not be getting a car before the end of the month.
now my concern is that LR RWD will be discontinued and my order will not be fulfilled.

Why? Because you have an incompetent advisor who only knows how to say no every time you call them with a suggestion? I ended up interacting with several of those types of advisors before I discarded them and demanded to speak to a manager. When I did I got exactly the car I wanted and a free wheel upgrade too. Most of the advisers there are clueless. Don’t let this one stand in the way of getting the car you want. Speak up! Tesla wants to sell you a car. This adviser just can’t seem to get out of his own way to let you buy one.
 
Well I got the call I was dreading. Delivery was supposed to be tomorrow night. Delayed until sunday. The car is in Vancouver, Canáda and its stuck in customs trying to get it to the bellevue, washington store. They've "flagged my car" as "high priority" or some crap and will notify me if it comes in before sunday.

I ordered 5/31 and I am in the same boat as you. I was told the same thing orders placed 5/31 and after does not receive homelink.

Why do you think this would happen? If they let you order it they would fulfill it. I ordered mine 6/18 and it's been about 9 days and I don't have a VIN.

Michael Lim from Tesla gave me a call today and he said it would take a while before I receive a VIN and asked me if I'd take an inventory car - I said no because I want HW3 and I ordered FSD. The 2 inventory cars had HW 2.5.

He said Tesla produce cars in cycles and beginning next month and for 2 months they would focus on producing cars for the China market. So he said it could be a while before I receive my car. He did not say the car would be discontinued.

I ordered on 5/30 and did not get it. Delivery would not honor homelink installation and stated that orders 5/30 and after could not be honored. Sales advisor stated 5/31 and after. Still trying.
 
Finally got my call last night. The car carrier service that is delivering my car is heading out of Houston this morning to deliver my car along with 5 others. But, of course, mine will be the last delivered. They estimated late Friday with a chance of early Saturday. Get's me done just in time I guess. Friday will be 1 day short of 30 days from order, Saturday 30 on the dot.

Glad the end is finally in sight.

i honestly hope that is not true. 3 months for a car especially when the site said 2 weeks (and is still showing 2 weeks)? i cannot wait that long and will prob end up cancelling my order if that is the case.
 
I took delivery last Tuesday...... I'm only coming back to check up on @jvmoore1 delivery issue. Praying for you brother!

i appreciate the prayers. really feeling like i am making a bigger deal than needs to be. especially when others have waited longer than i have after ordering.
just sucks cause now we are down to one vehicle since the lease is up on my wife's car. So she is having to rent a car for an out town trip.
