LTE problem

    Is there an LTE outage with MX?

    I've had no cell service last two days. No change with multiple reboots and power downs. Was planning on forcing reset by pulling MCU fuse until I saw someone else on FB reporting same problem.

    Not here. Google map has been loading fine in the past 2 days.

    No problem up here in Canada, but it's possible that the issue is regional. Contact your local SC to find out.

    I had the same problem- took it in to the service center- and had to have the communications board replaced.

    This happened to me this past Friday (pre-v8.0 install) in places that I have ALWAYS had LTE coverage. I could not load maps, listen to streaming audio, etc. It seemed to be an AT&T issue (maybe someone at Tesla didn't pay the bill? :eek: lol). After a few hours it was back to normal without any input from me and no software updates (at least ones that I could see).

    I've had this problem for at least five months. My Model X used to have full LTE where I live, but now it's 3G (if at all) until I get at least 3-4 miles out of my neighborhood. Service Center didn't find any problems or have any explanation.
