Luck ordering directly from 3D Maxpider?

Has anyone had luck ordering directly from the manufacturer? I placed an order over a week ago, received an email asking for some more order details as they were apparently lost due to them switching to a new online ordering system. I replied immediately with the requested details, replied again 2 days later asking for an update. No response to either email, and no mats have been shipped.

I ordered directly from them 2 months ago. Received my mats in just under two weeks from order.

I had a question about fitment and they replied right away. I'm happy with the service

I can tell you that their customer service is lacking. I received the rear seat back protectors and was asking if there were installation instructions because they didn’t seem to fit correct. They didn’t respond. But they did respond when I said I wanted to return it… only with a boiler plate email directing me to return instructions.
