    This an old story from last Summer/Fall. The LAPD did test it but ultimately passed on it.

    Probably leaning toward acquisition/operating cost... A Ford runs $30k while a P90D runs $120k... hmmmm....

    Sorry no. CNN Money story from September 15, 2015. There's an article a couple of weeks ago in this forum about them deciding against the Tesla although the BMW, as you say, is still being tested. You can read all theories on why that happened on TMC.

    Seriously though, I wonder if they could come up with a way to use the 17" screen as the computer. Most have laptops now
