Actually I put my phone number in the ad.....anyone is free to call. I don't get on here much.

The 4 year vehicle warranty expires soon (12/24 I think). An extended 2 years can be purchased from tesla.
The Battery/motors warranty of course has 4 years left

The battery version is a 2 if not mistaken, and contrary to what someone else flamed here, I've read that the v2 batteries are fine.

Only 2016.5 with a build date of August and beyond usually will have V3 batteries unless it’s been replaced. I wouldn’t say that there is anything wrong with V1 or V2 besides getting around 50kw less power (V1). The fact is that V3 batteries actually tend to have more issues due to being able to pull more amps. So much that you will not find any P90D’s with ludicrous added on Tesla’s used vehicles with a manufacture date from 08/2016 and beyond.(Just in the last 2-3 months). So really any 2015-2016 will be the same as far as batteries go unless it’s been replaced, and carry the same value based on their condition etc. So it’s difficult to just say to stay away from them all together than you would be saying to stay away from buying any 2015-2016, which is obviously going to be less expensive than a newer 2016.5 that has the facelift bumper. Which would not be in some potential buyers budget. The difference between the V3 and V2 batteries is that they both get 270 miles of range (instead of 253) and both are capable of doing 2.6 seconds unlike V1 batteries. V2-490kw V3-over 500kw both only in Facelift 2016.5 P90D/DL’s, 05/2016.
GLWS OP there is nothing necessarily wrong with the battery you have (unless it has issues that would be covered under warranty and most likely would end up with a V2/V3 if replaced) it’s just what they used during that time

Actually you have a version battery that had the highest kw but besides V2 and V3 has n the facelift P90DL’s. Not sure how you have it in a 2015 but it’s capable of doing 2.7-2.8 seconds

It’s recorded close to the V2 battery

I had 1088790-00-A and than got the 1088792-00-A battery after nine was replaced
