The Sense monitor takes a while for it to capture the electrical signatures for each devise plugged your home's outlets. 110 or 220v, it doesn't matter. It will notify you when a device turns off or on if you allow it. In my case, when I plug in and charge my P3D+!
Got my M3 at the end of December and the monitor found it last week after less then a dozen battery charge cycles.
