M3 charging noise after 2 years?

I've had my Model 3 since December 2018.

Today after a 10 minute drive in cold Boston, I noticed a pretty loud noise while charging that I never heard before - charging on my 48 A wall charger.

I unplugged it, plugged it back in. The noise went away then returned gradually after about a minute.

Listen to around 40 seconds into the video. Is this normal? It was about 30 F outside and about 45 F in my garage.

Stators are running to worm up a battery, this is normal. There should be battery icon on right side in the climate section of the app.
