M3 Default Audio Settings

Hi.. could someone list or take a photo of the default audio settings for the UK M3 please?
Was happy with sound, then housemate starts playing with no record of what the defaults were and there's no way to reset them to factory default. Thanks

can you take photo of your current settings? do you have SR+ ?

I've got a P3D and the bass / mid / treble settings are now all flat (set to 0), but I know they weren't like that at first.
Loads of sites where people provide 'recommended' settings, but none where anyone says what they are at default.
