M3 mud flaps don’t fit

Just took one for the team, these are cheap enough to buy and try. Like the title says... the M3 mud flaps don’t fit. The fronts can be made to fit but the back ones are way off.

I'm going to wait for the Model Y specific ones as it’s not worth the amount of work it would take for just the front ones, especially if it involves drilling holes in the Y’s wheel well liner.

i used the model 3 flaps by grinding them to the contour of the model y (air die ginder... had to elongate the bolt holes in the flap (so that i didnt change anything to the car).... had to cut the bottom bolt plastic protrusion off (no bolt is installed underneath)... had to cut an inch off the bottom of the rubber flap as it was too long looking

I’m surprised there’s nothing out on the market for the Model Y yet.

Agree, all because there is black plastic cladding on the MY, doesn't mean mud flaps don't serve a purpose. I reached out to EVANNEX last week and they responded and said they have no plans to make flaps for the MY. Agree that fronts are all I need, and I may just get a cheap pair to modify the fronts if there really isn't going to be an aftermarket for the MY for flaps.
