M3 Supercharging unavailable, 2 cards on account

Took a trip to California this weekend and the 3rd time we supercharged, it locked us out after it finished. My account online doesn’t show an unpaid balance, my card was charged for all 3 supercharges, and I have 2 credit cards on file. Anyone know how to fix this? I can’t get a Tesla service person on the phone because they’re closed.

REALLY Need help so I’m not stranded in California.

While you’re waiting for help with this, try finding destination chargers in Tesla.com/findus (black pins) or use the PlugShare app to find J1772 charging (not fast but something) or a service center may have a charger you can access - they should be open on Sundays if they are delivering cars and pins are on the Tesla.com map above.
