M3P brakes have stopped working

Pressing the parking brake switch at any speed will engage the electric parking brake on the back wheels. I tested this several times, even at speec. No problem, it will brake like you would normally slow down with wife in the car. Press and hold, after a second or so it engages, if you let loose you can continue to drive.
