M3P Tire fitment advice

Would below specs fit a 2019 model 3 performance? Would any offset be needed?

Brand/Model: TS1
Wheel Size:22x9
Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3
Offset: 35
Hub Bore: 64.1

I am trying prepare a set of winter tires and looking at 19in option. (Currently on OEM 20in PS4S)

Any other wheel options? For tires, thinking of cross contact 2. Any other suggestions or combinations welcome.

Can you clarify what you want? You listed a 22" wheel but say you are looking at 19" options. I assume you want a 19" wheel for a winter setup.
